Tomoko 'cosplaying'.
I think I drew this to attempt to cheer up a friend. I can't remember. Anyway, it's meant to be the BBI mascot again, only this time she's wearing a rough approximation of the archer costume from Ragnarok Online as homage to my friend's character, Aziel. It's not a good picture. Her face is almost perfectly round for some reason and the eyes are strange.
